Rañosa-Madrunio is 2025 Ma. Lourdes S. Bautista Lecturer

Dr. Marilu Rañosa-Madrunio, from the Department of English of University of Santo Tomas (UST), was the featured speaker for the 2025 Ma. Lourdes S. Bautista Lecture Series. The MLSBLS lecture was held last May 17, 2025 at 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM in the UST Central Laboratory Auditorium.

A leading voice in Philippine forensic linguistics, Dr. Madrunio delivered her lecture titled International Features in the Crisis Negotiation Dynamics of the 2010 Manila Hostage-Taking Incident.
