As part of the LSP's goals to support and spearhead the development of linguistic research, the organization hosts four primary lectures in honor of outstanding individuals who have left a mark in their fields of study. These are the Br. Andrew Gonzalez FSC Distinguished Professorial Chair in Linguistics and Language Education, the Bonifacio P. Sibayan Distinguished Professorial Chair in Applied Linguistics, the Emy M. Pascasio Memorial Lecture, and the Danilo T. Dayag Memorial lecture.
